Refund policy

We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a refund or reprint (not exchange). 

The Testimony Tote uses a print-on-demand option which means that all products are unique and produced once ordered. This means, to be eligible for a refund or reprint (not exchange), your item must be a damaged product, have a manufacturing error, or you recieved the wrong item. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.

To start a refund or reprint (not exchange), please send a photo of the issue to our email address at thetestimonytote@yahoo.com

If your refund or reprint is accepted by our vendor, we’ll send you an email with additional information. Deficient items are not required to be returned.
